best houston restaurants

Hello everyone,
We are starving! Any recommendations for good restaurants (seafood, steak, bbq, all around)?

I wish i knew my #720 Sister. I haven't gotten a chance to explore yet since i've been here
in Houston so i'd like to know also.

Anything with Pappa in the signage will be good. Maybe not the best there is, but very good for the dollar.

In the Montrose area you really need to try Underbelly

Fogo De Chao - It's pricey, and you should go hungry, you'll end up in a meat coma if you're not careful - but it is fucking amazing!!

I've been there twice and each time I've seen a local "celeb." First time it was Roger Clemens, second time it was George and Barbara Bush.

If you're looking for something more on "where the locals go" - Niko Niko's Greek.

Asking where to eat in Houston is akin to asking which provider has the best pussy.

Will we be limiting our dining experience to a certain budget or particular area of Houston?

My list is primarily unique to Houston or a few locations around the country type of places. Most importantly the food on the menu is almost universally great.
