Recommendations for Best Area

I will be visiting in San Antonio soon and was hoping to get the locals recommendations on what area might be the best location for the duration of my stay.

Downtown near the Riverwalk.

You might look at Downtown or the Riverwalk if you are on vacation, but if you are looking for areas that are easier for people to visit you, you may want to consider the Airport and Medical Center area.

Airport area and Med Center area are the best if you are working. Parking sucks if you're downtown

I’m staying downtown for a conference in a couple of weeks. What I’m gathering is that area makes it challenging (parking issues?) for people to visit.

I was hoping that would be a fun area to explore.
