Agency Reputation in Texas: Breaking the Barrier

Ok Guys, from me (VC) to you;

Hello! Let me introduce myself...my name is Bridgette. I am the owner of Virtuoso Companions. As I am a Texas native, and former provider myself, I am 100% aware of the reputation Texas agencies (minus a few,of course), and the precedent that has been set. I can say I once worked for one of said agencies here, and experienced a few others, so I do get it. So what happens now? Where do we go from here? What happens when there is an agency legitimately looking to change that precedent?
Here is where I stand, my dilemma if you will:

Having once been a new provider, not having a SINGLE clue as to what to look for or where to look for it, I landed myself in some very sticky situations. I didn't know how to tell a real agency from someone claiming to be. I didn't know what to expect, and was literally left hanging a 1000 miles from home. It was because of my mentor that I made it out of that situation and grew to be successful. That person showed me the ropes, and what it means to 'do this the right way'. After years of working together mind you, we still have yet to meet face to face, and likely never will. I learned that when you are with a legit agency it is a partnership, never an ownership, and the provider is ALWAYS the controlling party. There has to be a trust built, and MAINTANED by always being consistent, honest, and respectful.
They are so many girls that get lost in this industry, or turned 'off' of it by encountering these negative people/situations. I'd like to think of this as my opportunity to help what happened to me not happen to anyone else. As an agency we put a LOT of time and effort into these ladies. We are there to answer any questions/concerns that may not get answered otherwise. We maintain professionalism with all parties involved. At the end of the day, we are also trying to build a brand. We are trying to change preconceptions. We want to bridge the gap.

Any thoughts? Ideas?

Please forgive the rant, as it seems to be a little long winded.

Any opinions greatly appreciated!!

XoXo,
Bridgette

As a female.. if I were looking to work for an agency-- the fact that you use a free escort webhost rather than having a professionally created and hosted site would cause me to personally steer clear. Reason being-- if I am going to hand over any portion of my money to an entity-- then they should at the very least put some money back into their marketing efforts, with a website being the least of these things.

That is the first thing that jumps out at me, just on the surface.

There should be taint photos.
I think introducing yourself here is a good start...

Let the members see who's behind this agency...so they can be comfortable with contacting and scheduling.

Stay honest....and real...

And I definitely +1 what Grace said...sometimes perception is everything. I would also say clients and potential future employees will be looking at the site and may expect or want a certain level of professionalism put into it as well as seeing money being put into it.

Hope that helps.

Cut the bullshit and keep the thread on topic.
Bowdown - Hold on.... Let's not hijack Bridgette's thread.. She has come out asking for some views... So, let's stick to the topic... You already have lots going on with Analeese in other threads.. So, please let's discuss some relevant stuff here..

And, Bridgette - What Grace has mentioned is perfectly correct... As we know in business, when a product has to be successful, you need to set aside some returns (or profits) into marketing the product as well.. So, that's a very valid point that Grace has mentioned..

Also, if your Agency has to be different from others, then think of some innovative methods to retain the girls.. Give them some perks (a la corporate manner), or something that they feel good about... There are several things that you can do...
Think Out of the Box !!!!

And, from a guy's (client's) perspective - a sense of security, and a choice of good quality girls....

You should offer Raw dog services like this girl does...
Then you will have all the white knights lined up at your door.. Originally Posted by bowdown2me

treat the customer right (from ease of searching {who and availability], screening, booking, paying, questions, to follow ups and references [like adrienne posted] and earn a great reputation from the guys.

treat the providers (from applying, getting info on the VC website in tmely manner, consistent fees and payments, to helping then get to clients/vice versa, supporting them, etc) and earn a great reputation from the women.

earn it from both sides!!
if you have questions, talk w Gina of p411 - her Private Connections was one of the best agencies i ever dealt with.

good luck!!

Agreed with PMD in regards to Private Connections. Organized, properly advertised, low fees (to this day, the lowest cut I've ever seen an agency take) and they gave references (which ultimately turned into P411).
