Tineye and Backpage

I responded to an ISO where the picture on backpage had one hit on tineye and the searcher seemed to think that wasn't too bad. LOL.

It inspired me to get the word out that tineye is not the Google of picture-finding yet. It probably finds about 5% of the pictures on the internet.

I have searched for my own pictures just to see if someone else is using them, and haven't EVER had ANY tineye hits! wow. I know for sure the pictures I'm searching for are out there because I've posted them on a dozen sites.

Even more evidence is when someone posts an ISO and says there are not tineye hits, but somebody else says "Oh that's porn star So-and-So".

I've seen pictures of Kim Kardashian posted in backpage ads that didn't get tineye hits.

Probably the best way to verify the pictures are real is to ask her to pose with a cup of coffee or holding up the Dallas Morning News or some other item she probably won't have stock photos of. (Thanks to an ASPD poster for these ideas. I can't remember his name).

I'm wondering what the percentages are for Uncle Leo's involvement when you get a tinveye hit on a BP (or similar) advertisement? 50% + ? Anybody>?

The coffee cup picture sounds like a awesome way...
Yes! It was Jarod and ExNyer!

hmmm... I would guess LE is a very small percentage. But I'm just basing it on all of the alerts of bait-and-switch. In fact, I don't think I've ever seen an alert for a fake picture being a cop. But probably the people arrested aren't posting.

Yeah, Alecia. Everyone has a coffee cup. (and the younger crowd probably doesn't have a Dallas Morning News on hand). It beats asking them to hold up a daisy while wearing a polka dot sundress.

I really don't think they do much searching on US websites. 95% of the hits I get are foreign websites. Russian, Polish and Spanish speaking countries

It's a great way to chase off the fakers. They typically never reply back.

Also, instead of a coffee cup, have them hold a comb or hair brush. When have you ever heard of a women that didn't have one of those near at hand?

It sounds like a very valid "proof of life" request.

"Yes, I know those photos are of a real person, but I just want to make sure they are of YOU, the person I am emailing."

Donice is not lying when she claims "actual photos" in all her bait and switch ads. They ARE of actual people, most times professional models. It's just too bad she looks nothing like the photos she uses in all of her fake ads.
