Verification and Showcase info

I recently reviewed a provider who has registered on ECCIE, but has not been verified and would like to put up a showcase. Where can I direct her here to complete these tasks....including info on uploading her pics from a smartphone? I will be seeing her again very soon and will probably be guiding her through the physical process.
