I need a photographer :)

Ok, so.. This will be my first ever photo shoot. This is what I'm looking for -
2 outfits.
5 or 6 retouched photos.
My face to be blurred and my tattoos must blend to my skin tone. (When you see them you'll understand. They are super awesome and fun, which also means they are super identifiable. I just want it to be known, they can't be just blurred out.. They must appear as if they are not there.)
I'm looking to spend $200.
I know I will have a short attention span when it comes to this, so I will not waste any time dilly dallying. (Haha I haven't heard that word in forever!)
I live by the Galleria.
I would like to do this ASAP.
I do not want to trade. I want to keep this professional.
