im looking for a small home, condo, duplex, or mobile home for lease by owner
one or two bedroom doesnt matter just looking for something asap

I have nothing available at this time.

I should have some more apartments ready for tenants around October.

I'm still looking myself and I'm looking in several areas for a 2bdrm no apartments. I'm to OCD and don't want to deal with bugs from neighbors.
