Can't find an affordable handy man to help tile, fixtures, fencing, roofing if someone out there is willing to work cheap / trade services.

[no I need an electrician and someone to install 2 fixtures - there are at least two outlets that don't work and the AC breakers keep going off in the fuse box.

I also need 1 (maybe 2) window replaced that are energy efficient and bathroom / kitchen tile installed. Materials are supplied but looking fordable labor.
