It's The Spending, Stupid

Ok, I know this is Obama buying Latino votes, and yes, I know previous Presidents have done the same thing. But it has to stop. This isn't much budget wise, but it is stupid, and we have to borrow money from the Chinese to fund it. Someone in Washington has to put on their big boy panties and STOP THE SPENDING! We are facing an economic collapse of biblical proportions, and our government is funding this? Beam me up, anybody!
