Reviewed Kaya Jolee but was not posted into her review listing and wondering if their was a problem with it

No problem, it just takes some time. There are two separate moderator queues for reviews, one for approving it and one for assigning to the provider. The former is faster and easier to do on mobile devices than the latter so it takes more time on average.
