The US Environmental Protection Agency has declared craps(pubic lice) as an endangered species. So bikini waxing just like DDT when malaria, bed bug etc. where almost history will become partially illegal, latter looking into outlawed.
The new EPA rules in New York State will be enforced by the Department of Environmental Conservation. Spokesmen for the EPA and DEC said crabs just like krill, malaria and bed bugs must be saved for a healthy environment.
Do to budget problems at the DEC. The beginning of enforcement well be done at the same time as deer hunting. All vehicles carrying female humans of legal breading age will be required to stop at any deer check on route. mmmmm or is that now dear check.
With the extra work load and current budget pinch. The NYS DEC also stated that they are looking for volunteers for checking for no illegal shaving or waxing. Area to be check is the favorite home of the crab/s. All volunteers must take a class taught by DEC-certified instructors before they can buy the new permit to be added to there Sportsmen license to be able to volunteer. All expense of class time, license and permit will be paid by said volunteer.
So please help us save the crab/s
