Banner on Site

I have a banner advertisement running but there is a problem with the URL link not being correct, have emailed the email address given to me for ads and sent private messages, but haven't heard anything back, how can I get this fixed

please correct the url to my banner ad, it has a typo in the link.

it should be
https://www.3rdsx.com
not
https://www.eccie.net/https//www.3rdsx.com

at this time my banner ad is pointing at nothing,Thank you
