Assuming what was in that article, I would be very curious to see what the Club's argument was. It seems pretty straight forward. Also curious that the defendant seems willing to appeal the amount, but not the fact that he discrininated.

I am betting that that would skip shifts and were an all around pain in the ass.
They just happened to be black.
