All I know is that you can not put them in your Signature line.
The GL does not state if it is allowable in your About Me on your profile page. So, that would be a good place to put it until otherwise pointed out.

Yes, any of the mods can answer that.
Basically, actual "live" links are not allowed. There are a few other nuances also.
