Today’s busy life (stress), Alcohol, Tobacco, failure to eat the proper foods, and lack of sleep are some of the main causes behind premature ejaculation or erectile dysfunction in one out of three men.

Eating the right foods can enhance sexual stamina for both men and women. There are over the counter enhancing supplements and prescription "medications" that can actually enhance your sexual passion and stamina. But, these actually may not be the best possible solution, considering the side effects of ALL the other chemicals combined with the active ingredients in order to mass produce these "medicines".

Here are 15 foods that are proven to enhance the sexual health of both males and females. Let's eat! LOL

you missed one very important trait of erectile dysfunction. lack of Testosterone.. at 44 my levels had dropped below 300

I am/was the picture of perfect health, eat right do not drink or smoke, less than 10% body fat. So I had a choice, no hardon without viagra..or inject bioidentical-compound testosterone. and now i jerk off every day like I was 25 again!!

And ...lthat's the most important thing....I get that. LOL The need to fondle ones self at every given opportunity, every day of every week, because there is absolutely nothing else in life one could possibly ever enjoy or think about. Trust me...I get it. 👍

Anywho, whether you are aware or not, there are ways to raise your testosterone without also ingesting harmful ingredients that chemical companies use to bond their unnatural chemical ingredients for ingestion and delivery. However, it requires effort, and who wants to do that if they can easily take a pill, receive shots, or however else it is quickly delivered into your otherwise healthy body, and despite the known and/or yet to be known long term side effects of those? I get that too.


Hey, it's a choice, and we either choose to consider the consequences of taking chemicals that may temporarily help with symptoms and do nothing to alter or cure the actual cause of the issue, and as long as we continue to ingest them, or we find healthier alternatives and treatments which may take more effort on our part, but have no side effects that can be harmful either now or later in our lives. This is just one dilemma that living in a "right now" world has caused.

I do not take synthetic testosterone in my body. I inject bio-identical compound prescribed by my HRT Doctor, while it may not be 100% clean of chemicals I have zero side effects besides a great looking lean body of a 25 year old man, a hardon every day and a few pimples like I was 18..

I do understand I might have some long term effect but frankly I do not care. fuk it! I am almost 48, no wife, no kids and only a few family members I care about. I would rather look good and feel great even if that means dying in 20 years. for my quality of life has been greatly improved.

Of course it'll take some work, and hey....I totally understand most folks are too busy and simply don't want to take the time in order to look and feel great when there is an easy injection they can take.
