Coming to visit all star week from Wichita ks

Hi my name is Jessie, Sweet Jessie on eccie and I will be traveling all the way from Wichita ks to Houston . I know it will be lots of fun. However being my first time to Houston I do not know much about your city. I am looking for some new hobby friends in your area and as much friendly advice as possible.
