Yes, they're both custom installs but truly worth every single penny - if you are on the road a lot. I work mostly in the city but on my off time, I love to travel. Aside from the ridiculous fines, the insurance hikes just about justify the expense. I run that system is my. . .um. . .car that's made to break the rules in a very bad way For my daily driver/commuter car, I run the Escort 9500ix and the Blinder M27 (front only). Some say jammers are overkill but 99% of the time - when you're hit, you're done. Jammers give you that little bit of cushion needed to avoid a ticket.

Almost forgot - Escort has a new system. . .Live. . .that operates with your iphone/droid, your detector, and the rest of the community. Once a unit is spotted, it sends out a national warning with location that is downloaded to your gps and shows up on your GUI screen. Again, simply amazing.
