I've seen her several times. Disagree with her being the best of anything in the area. She's cute, and plays the teasing game well. She's def. in her 50's. I think it's her house and she refers to her husband as the boss. Just my take on it. She used to be in that old run down house off the road on the other side of the thruway from the village.
