You should start reaching out to ladies now.Just to insure the lady or ladies you are interested in are available or even in town during your visit.I appreciate and welcome advance booking and have had many gents book already for April.I just had someone book for June as well.
I would just reach out to the lady you are interested in and ask if she welcomes advance booking or does she want you to wait until closer to April.
Good luck to you.

Start now. If you haven't nailed down an appointment 2 weeks prior, start making a lot of requests to have something confirmed the week before. Don't get hung up on someone in particular, just aim for someone that will see you. Good TCB (taking care of business) should be rewarded.

Just don't expect to have a lot of communication unless they're open to it. Most Vegas providers tend to be overwhelmed with PMs/emails/texts/voicemails.

If you want a backup plan, get screened from 100 Proof. If your scheduled appointment goes badly (NCNS/cancellation) you can call them and see one of their girls within a couple hours.
Today I booked an appointment for October and November. My April is scattered with appointments. Don't just wait to see who's left when you show up.

People plan this stuff out months in advance?!? I'll be in Las Vegas this weekend and even though I've made no plans I'm confident that finding a lady for some companionship won't be a problem. Heck, I almost got tackled by a CG last time. Plus, you can't pull into a strip mall parking lot in Las Vegas without spotting big red letters that read MASSAGE.
Sure. If you are just looking for a rub and tug or a crap shoot with a casino girl then no planning is required. I had a feeling the OP was looking for a more upgraded experience.
The further ahead you plan, the more time we have to prepare to make your experience the best possible. I think most of us ladies appreciate a 2wk to a month advanced booking. That allows for pre-screening and a bit of communication to learn your tastes and preferences. For example, you have a thing for stockings and corsetts? Your favorite color is red? Allergic to certain fragrances? These things aren't likely to be taken into consideration for a last minute request.
Vegas is a busy city & preplanning is the best but be sure to remain in touch as the time gets closer.

Plan ahead.
I agree with the responses above. I always start communication with a new lady at least a few weeks in advance, usually a month or more. I feel the best ladies prefer plenty of time to screen and get acquainted. Last minute hook-ups tend to lead to less than stellar experiences.
Longer monger - why not? Some people like to pick the hotel that they stay at and book it before it sells out. Others don't care if they stay at a Red Roof or a Four Seasons. If you want your choice in anything it's always best to plan.
Kinda like the dentist, when I get any beauty (nails, hair, etc), ...why not? I don't just call the day of and say, "hey are you avail?" And if I do, I risk being told no or that I can't have my first, second, whatever choice.
Xx
Oh yeah, where is your review of your last minute request?
