I just got more penalty points for breaking the rules.
I get that they are the rules and it is not my site and if I want to create the rules I should start my own site.
I also get that there are legal reasons for some of these rules.
And I am not complaining (probably against the rules) and only trying to be constructive.
Having said that - this site would be a lot more useful if there was more focus on providing valuable information.
Why do you even allow reviews to be posted that have nothing written in the ROS? Why keep the posts on the site if you won't give the reviewers credit.
I have multiple times seen known and trusted reviews not get credit for reviews that I thought were seriously valuable.
On the other hand we have lately seen reviews posted that have nothing posted in the ROS and seem suspicious at best.
We also have threads get shut down when someone posts valuable updates after 30 days, while other posts get meaningless bumps on day 29 and they stay open.
The eccie has no rules. Eccie has guidelines we all agree to when logging in. It's in the tos you and I agree to.
Semantics really - you get penalized for not following the guidelines. So if ou prefer to call them guidelines I am okay with that. And I made it clear that I understood and agreed to them - it is not my website - I totally get it.
I am just sharing some thoughts on the overall user experience.
I get the rules / guidelines that we need to follow. I wish that guys wouldn't jump into a post and say they've seen someone often etc and youook back into their encounters and they have done a review. Thats what help drive the site and its usefulness. And those reviews that just have no value saying 4 words should all be private.
Good point, scoot. Think you meant to say when you look back in their encounters and have NOT done a review..
Members don't always write reviews on the ladies they've seen.
Just follow the tos and there won't be problems.
one rule I can't even mention I will be suspended for 3 months is the most crazy one... I get it people would get mad and say things but if this is about safety of the people too... I think it is pretty big deal too leave that in the review... she was a great fuck but now my cock is sick lol...... instead you can't say anything and you put others in harms way by not being able to warn them...
Its not always about the ROS, there have been reviews on newer providers without reviews and someone chimes in " ohh ive seen her for weeks etc" or saying they saw her many times yet you look back and the last review was 3 months ago. Its not so much about the often seen but more so the ones that nobody has but then 3 people say oohh yea shes great. As far as the health aspect, I know you don't want a ton of DMs asking about things like that , im sure there's a way to hint at some discomfort or something like a BIG FAT NO without getting an infracture.
Okay - here are the rules, or guidelines if you prefer, that I would amend.
#1 - No name no credit - eliminate this rule. Some of these girls change their names constantly. In the AMPS half the girls have the same name and half the time you can't understand what they have said. If I reviewer has provided other info like a number or a link or an amp name/location - failing to have the name could not disqualify credit. As anyone who pays attention knows - all that has done is incentivize guys to make up a name.
#2. No services no credit - eliminate this rule. Some of the most valuable reviews are encounters where things have gone sideways and no services end up being provided. If the reviewer provides a really good rest of story with helpful details they should get credit.
#3. If the rest of story is non existent or under say 50 or 100 words the site should just not allow the review to be posted - just like it requires certain other fields to post a review>
I don't believe an of those suggestions have any legal consequences - but I am not a lawyer and I do not own a website - so maybe I am wrong. Just 3 suggestions to improve the user experience.
Having a link is something that should be necessary, I get the links go dead or some are UTR but well known . #3? Yea I dont need to hear about info that has no bearing on a visit, I actually see a 6 page review and im gonna just pass. Just things I do and prefer but I know its not my site and I'm just a visitor here.
Just follow the tos and there won't be problems.

Scoot - I am not advocating for long ROS, my real point on #3 is if there is basically nothing said in the ROS they just shouldn’t post the review. I have seen at least 4 reviews lately that said nothing. They are useless.
I agree with you on the ROS. I dont need to hear how they drove someone to a store or they talked for 20m about life. Rambles . Keep it simple always works
