New rules in Amarillo. Aimed at AMP'S?

New inspection rules starting March 1. I don't know how many amps have licenses anyway but I am thinking this may be a way to crack down on AMP's. Or it could just be another way for the city to skim a few more bucks out of independent workers.
Who didn't get what they wanted or Who’s up for election 🤣

Looks like the legit massage providers are a little pissed off at the new regs. A friend of mine that is a lawyer said that some of the provisions, like having to provide names and addresses of clients violate hippa rules. If the city wants to close Kim's and Bibo there are plenty of current laws to enforce.
