To get his original court date, had to meet certain criteria. He did. Then showed us who he really was.

Multiple failsafes failed, yet you only have eyes for Biden.

Where's the knives out for the NYPD? Or the Athens-Clarke County PD? He was in custody for shoplifting but released without arrest. The lack of arrest didn't trigger a review with ICE for a detainer.

Easy to claim he shouldn't have been here to begin with. But you're not really digging deeper.

Except for physical presence, same basic criteria were in play for Trump's deportation suspensions as Biden's TPS.
