Neighborhood provider thought

As what bungalow happened recently, I have a thought as title says.

What would/should/could y’all do if u figure out ur neighbor is a provider?

I mean she doesn’t provide there but only live her normal life, she probably has kids or husband or big family whatever. And u have ur life, family, kids, etc…

Do y’all say nothing, just being a nice neighbor or u visit her and make it secret between u and her?

Or let’s go a little further, someone u visited before just moved to ur neighborhood. How do u reactive if u find out she remembers u?

Not 100% related, but I keep running into the same lady at the grocery store about 2x monthly and she is smoking hot and she knows it. I swear that I have seen her advertise somewhere but I can't put a finger on it. Part of me wants to just walk up to her and make small talk, but it seems that I only run into her there when I'm with the SO.
