most romantic memory/ies
Ooops... I should answer... heeheehee!
The most romantic time I ever had was in NO. We went to a casino boat on the 4th of July and made love under the fireworks on the deck. It was amazing.

Romance within the Hobby or personal?
If personal I would have to say it was when my 6th grade boyfriend(and yes I still remember his name) Gave me a arrowhead necklace on Valentines day and held my hand all through the assembly. And literaly stared at me the whole time. Kissed me on the cheek and tried his damndest to get to second base when the teachers werent looking. aaawww The memories. LOL

My most romantic memory was with my first gf.

I was in Prague for a summer of research and she was back here. We had been seeing each other a almost a year by that point. I called my family and had them look up a bunch of numbers for me. Then, I tried two pizza joints until I could get one that would take my credit card number over the phone. Understand this was a decade ago so it was a little uncommon in my small town. I asked the driver to write a little message on the inside top of the box and then waited.

Like a movie or some cheesy commercial it started to rain. Thankfully the phone booth was an actual walk-in with a door. Five minutes later I called her; my then would be gf at work. She was toiling away bored as ever but delighted I called. Another five minutes later I hear a knock in the background and she sounds confused. She puts the phone down for a minute and I hear her shout, "What?" She jumps back on the phone yelling, "Did you order me a pizza?!" To which I reply with, "No. I did try to send you a message. Is there no message?"

She goes back to the door, asks her coworker, and comes back with, "Nothing." I tell her oh well. Two minutes later there's a slight quiver in her voice when she reads the message.

I've been blessed with some great memories in this life but sharing that evening with her; going broke over the phone while professing my love for her will always be one of my treasured memories.

There was a girl in town who I knew but never had the nerve to ask out. After she moved away, I finally got the nerve to call her. She was actually glad I called and we had a great conversation. I was feeling on top of the world. Unfortunately, she later married someone else.
