A rich couple were redecorating their mansion in a western decor, and needed some artwork for the main room. They couldn't find anything on their own and decided to have a custom painting made.
They hired the best artist that money could buy, and told him to paint a cowboy and Indian scene, and spare no expense. As an afterthought, the
man said to paint a scene relating to General Custers last thoughts.
After almost 6 months. The painting was finished. It brought to the mansion and placed in the great room as the center focus.
The party started, and the time came to unveil the masterpiece. The artist drew off the cover and there was dead silence.
The painting was a beautiful rolling landscape, perfect blue skies fading to Orange in the sunset. The plains were filled with majestic buffalo. And Indians. Indians everywhere. All naked . All over everything. The buffalo, the dogs, the horses, and each other. In the sky was a cows head with a halo over it. The painting was stunningly beautiful.
The owners were outraged. " How in the hell does this portray Custer's last thoughts !" the woman screamed at the artist.
"Easy. " he said." It should be obvious what they were."
" Holy Cow!...look at all those fucking Indians !"
