On the web, condom snorting is officially called the “Condom Challenge”. It is part of a long tradition of challenge videos where kids dare each other to do something dumb.

Anyone who takes the challenge films it for YouTube. Why? For likes of course. Why else would you shove a latex tube up your nose.
