NCNS with Mia Maxwell (unfortunately)

Had an hour scheduled since early in the afternoon. Responded to my texts and confirmed up to 90 mins before appointment time and then...NOTHING. Still hasn't text or messaged me.
She has MANY great reviews and nothing I can find about this being an issue. I have good references so I am confused.
Why don't the ladies get that we would be WAY more understanding if they just called and let us know. Even without a reason it would be easier to handle than just NCNS. I wouldn't be calling her out on here if she just would have let me know.

What's confusing is she was so friendly and quick to reply all day. She was originally posting in Fort Smith and then switched to Fayetteville. I think the weather may have re-routed her. But she said she would still come to Ft. Smith and was adamant she would be here.

Wow. I've seen Mia many times and never had any issues with her. I also hope she is alright. None the less, don't give up on Mia. She has become one of my favs. Along with Ginger of course. You guys in NWA are certainly lucky.

For what it's worth, she finally text me this morning and said she had a minor car accident driving in the rain last night. Asked if she was OK and why she didn't text but no response. Last I heard from her was 90mins before apt and I thought rain was long gone by then but...
I would have appreciated a text, at least to let me know she was safe. Maybe she got a better offer where she wouldn't have to drive. Either way, hope she is OK.

I had a similar experience this week with puertoRiccan princess in fayettville. I set up an appointment for the next morning. The next morning i called an hour early like she requested and nothing. I called her 3 times and sent a text. I got no response until around 4pm asking if i could see her. I told her no since i work afternoons like i had told her the dag before and thats why i had wanted to see her in the morning. I was hurtin' to see her cause of that ass so i got off work early and i called her around 8pm and told her i got off work and i was wanting to see her. She kept asking me if was LE. I reminded her of the reference i gave her the day before that she supposedly checked and got an ok from. We texted back and forth a little bit and then she just stopped texting. If providers dont want to see you, i dont understand why its so god damn hard to just say NO.

I'm pretty honest about turning people down when their references are not sufficient. I usually even send them a list of ladies whose references I will accept...

So we are not all like that.

Pfff I just tell them my grandmother died for the 5th time. It was tragic but she'll wake up in a few days.

You know, crap comes up unexpectedly for all of us - at least those of us with a SO and very busy jobs that are not shift workers. I have had to reschedule or cancel several times, but not one time have I ever blew someone off.

Once I know I cannot meet, I tell them and try to tell why (don't have to remember lies that way). It's almost always one of two things...
1) SO was gonna be out of pocket for a window long enough for play time and now her ass is not busy.
2) Crap came up at work and I cannot break free.

But, I reschedule and go on with life... Rarely been last minute and it's generally with repeat providers who know my work schedule is very volatile.

That being said, these same providers have to reschedule on me as much or more than I do with them. BUT, they do not NCNS, they give me the same courtesy and communicate.

The ones that blow me off are generally traveling providers or providers I try to see out of state. Or the occasional local that I've not previously seen.

Bottom line is build rapport, treat them with respect and then communication is generally a non-issue.
