Cock rings are not just because you have "erection issues". A proper cock ring allows blood flow to the penis, but restricts blood flow out, without fully impeding it..AKA your dick isn't going to fall off if you wear one for an hour or two.

It helps engorge the penis with more blood meaning a larger harder erection. For me it is most noticeable with the glans, increasing its size by 1/2 and making much more sensitive. It can also help you from going soft for a second round.

If you have ED, a cock ring is not going to help that much.
