GIF not working on avatar now?

I just changed the gif on my avatar and it's not working. It was working with the old one. New one worked fine on site it was created, works fine on my phone, but not working on this site. WTH?

If it's too large I think it will not animate. Do you have the link to the gif?

I resized it to 145px by 148px and it's under 97KB

Thanks YoHou had it sized at 150 pixels, didn't know about kb, I will know next time to go a little smaller.
