Glad I'm not living in Mo any more. Besides, if you don't count Marriage, I have never paid for sex. Women just like me for some reason. I think it is my cologne. If you were going for a laugh....swing and miss
And it isn't sex when I stick my balls in a machine, put a few coins in the slot, and they come out all shiny and clean. Every bowling alley I go to I do this before playing. I like a nice wax job to make it glide down the lane better. Gives me a good hook. Originally Posted by skbinks

This is about new amendments to expand the bill. Mostly dealing with definitions.

Final version of House Bill 214 -2011 in this link:
https://legiscan.com/MO/text/HB214/2011
However, in the current (98th) session, House Bill 152 - 2015 has been proposed that could add "advertising" to the already existing statue. BTW, it's expected to pass.

And it's this HB 152 - 2105 that's in the news.
Come on guys, do your research, all laws are public record.
This took me just under four minutes.
Binks, a Statey likes to have their own laws so they can actually do something if the Feds think it's not worth a Fed effort.
And ECCIE went to new servers this morning. Originally Posted by Unique_Carpenter

This change in the law will open them up to a liability if they sneak through the site's screening process. So ECCIE will have to make a business decision if they are willing to take on that liability or cease operations concerning MO Originally Posted by Mizzou82If ever and everything is possible.
