JCM800, how does a new provider get VP status?

ScubaBad's Avatar
Per your request, I'm starting a new thread and would really like to know how a gal gets VP status without any reviews.
In the Provider Ads forum, there is a sticky thread that outlines the process. I have pasted it below...

Ladies, you may post a weekly ad in this section once you have been upgraded to Verified Provider.

Submit your info to the staff via PM to Col. Zodial, JCM800 or scorpio31 or send an email to kansas@eccie.net

1. website address (your website or advertising site)
2. referral from another provider or hobbyist
3. links to reviews from recognized members (any site)

Any combination of the above requirements which will sufficiently establish you as a legit provider will be accepted.

In addition, if you are advertising that you are under age 25 you must submit proof to eccievp.verify@gmail.com that you are 18 or over to become a Verified Provider on Eccie. We require a photocopy of your Drivers License and/or state issued ID and your location. Your real name and address should be hidden, but your birth date and photo must be visible, along with your user name. We also need a close up picture of your face with you holding up the license or ID next to your face. Proof of age MAY be requested of ANYONE seeking VP status, regardless of their stated age. Please submit your information separately from the info you sent to your local staff for verification.

The verification process could take 24-48 hours.

So, if a new provider has a current verified provider who will vouch for her or a client who will vouch for and she has either a website or is advertising on backpage, EROS, etc., or has reviews on another site, she qualifies for VP status as long as her age can be verified.

And no, Copter, a moderator cannot grant VP status just because he or she wants to do so. The Admin staff grants VP status after the info submitted by the provider and forwarded by the moderators is reviewed.

Just as there are other things that are not revealed to the general membership, revealing the name of the provider or client who vouched for the new provider will not happen. The provider or client who vouched for the new member is welcome to reveal themselves, however.

Does that help?

Exactly.

As long as a girl meets the necessary requirements, she's good to go ...and yes they all have to meet the requirements and they all have to be approved by the Admins.

"2. referral from another provider or hobbyist"
If the referral is coming from a hobbyist, can you clarify Eccie's definition of hobbyist?

I assume it doesn't mean "member" so that anyone that has signed up, never posted and never written a review can't do a referral. Can it be someone that just has 1 review and no history? Just trying to understand.

No, it would be referring to an established member here.

I mean anyone can vouch for someone here ...but depending on who it's coming from sometimes it might require more than just one vouch.

Thanks for the info guys.

If another Provider gives the OK for her friend, can you please start posting who the original Provider was, so we as clients know this is for real, and we can stop the guessing how she was
approved to get her VP account.
just an idea.
we are all in this game together, so the rules should become a little easier for the old guys.
Please.

Ah Copter, why do you ask a question that was already answered?
And what's to guess about. Either verified, or, not verified, is straightforward.
Unless, of course, there's a conspiracy.

If you want to know who is supporting the new providers, ask them who their vouch or friends are and then don't post it in public.
