Wow, checking providers for warrants, or criminal back ground checks, while they check into cheap hotels, just hope this doesn't happen here in KC.

If they've already gone to the trouble of instituting the protocols to do this at one location, I'd be surprised they aren't doing it at others.

Certainly names and ID's are forwarded to LE.

The WoF area hotels do.this for.sure,
and car tags are routinely scanned and monitored.

This has been going on for years. I remember as a teenager going on a police ride-a-long and we stopped by a couple of the low end motels and the clerk gave the officer a list of names. We also drove around the parking lots and the officer ran the license plates of cars with local registrations. This was almost 25 years ago. This shouldn't surprise anyone.
