He has not changed from the way he was under his prior banned handle. One of the mods even figured who he is but decided to "give him another chance " instead of banning him again. Same thing they did with Bigdog0311. I guess it's better that we know who he is rather than figuring out a new handle. These guys will come back no matter how many times they get banned.

But it sure makes it hard on newer providers who don't know the back stories on some of these guys or don't screen well enough.

Agreed with Katrina.

When I started providing on ECCIE a year ago, he threatened me with the exact same things. I remember being very afraid...ladies please thoroughly screen, this is more than doing reference checks!
