I prefer B&Gs so I always have the gal's palette in my best interest before seeing her so the morning of I have the following.
Asparagus, coffee, tuna, scallops, yogurt, garlic, a handful of antibiotics with unsweet tea to wash it down. And a piece of pineapple to ad a little sweet to the sour.
Oh, I do brush my teeth afterwards. No need for bad breath.
