Reviews not linked to showcase?

We have 4 or 5 new reviews, but they are not assigned to us. Does it just take time? Since our ladies are indy that just work as a co-op, which category do we belong in?

The reviews belong to the lady (not the agency/co-op/whatever) and are generally assigned to their profile.
