States Notice to use advertisements from TER and backpage

"State's Notice of Intent to use Defendants other crimes, wrongs, or acts pursuant to Rule 404(b), Arizona Rules of Evidence."

The Arizona Prosecutor has filed a notice of intent to use as prior "bad acts" advertisements in the escort and massage sections of TER and Backpage.

The State filed a notice on 8/17/2015 as its intent to introduce ads to the jury. I have suggested as a non-lawyer not giving legal advice their attorney's reply with a Motion to Limit.

The State cites an Arizona Supreme Court case in support of their argument that ads should be admitted.

I have read the case cited and am sending a long non-legal evaluation on the Temple List how parts of it can may be turned around and might be used for the defense instead of the State which argues escort (and massage) ads on TER and BP are prostitution ads.

This is the Phoenix Temple case which will be 4 years since the armed SWAT assault on the "Phoenix Goddess Temple" in September and the multiple felony indictments of 39 wonderful women. One died from the stress. Others have had children taken away and unable to get even minimum wage jobs due to their pending felony charges. Trial maybe by the end of 2015 for those that haven't taken a plea after being threatened with up to 40-70 years in prison if found guilty at trial (Donald Advisement's by the judge).

Most plea "deals" have been for class 6 undesignated felonies but with probation instead of prison. However, the felony will be on their record that future employers can find. Some have already lost their massage licenses by the Board of Massage actions just based on the charges. I have been reporting on a Phoenix Temple List since the beginning, now up to update 168 and have attended all court proceedings.

No one has pled to prostitution, and no one left is charged with prostitution. It is all about the Temple being an alleged criminal prostitution enterprise. There is no evidence of any sexual acts for a "fee arrangement."

There are close to 100 similar felony cases now in Superior Court related to prostitution that I am way behind in following.
