Can't log into account

After buying a two week premium membership my I can't sign into my account. It's like it doesn't exist. All my contacts and premium membership are gone. Can anyone offer assistance? My user name was nyyankee.

You will need to contact the Admins by email at websupport@eccie.net for further assistance with this issue. The nyyankee appears to be fine. You will also need to explain why you are now using this malik24 account. You are only allowed to have one account.

I just sent off an email. On Friday it was fine now I can't log in. I'm told incorrect username/password. Odd....everything was fine until I bought premium membership.
