How do a provider renew membership

How does a provider renew there membership after being absent from using the site for about a year. The email address havent been used innl about 1 year. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Membership never ends unless she had her account disabled. All she has to do is log in. Once she does that, she can send us a PM and request her VP status be reinstated.
