Premium Access?

I'm wondering if guidelines for premium access have changed.I posted a review last week in the Spa, Studio section. The review was posted publicly almost instantly, and I never got an email from the staff here. I'm also unable to view ROS which means no premium access. Has something changed, or was there a glitch?

No one has apparently processed the Spa review approvals in awhile.... I just processed them all.
