Clear your VM box...Please

Ok, so why is it some providers and some of the posters on BP, always post and their Damn VM box is full and you can not contact them or leave a message.
You would seem to think that with business the way it is, they would at least take the time to check it and clear old messages. I was horned up like a 4 Peckered billy goat just this past weekend, and had money to burn baby... and wouldn't you know the ones I chose their VM boxes were full. So they said no "Texting", but I did anyway to say hey "Cant leave a message so please contact me" Any way the point is, if you advertise and have a business, Please empty or clear out the VM so we can leave a message... Maybe business is so good they don't need to... ?
Again this is IMO... as always.
Have a great day....
i think im in the small minority that would prefer a text over a vmail.
a vmail just lets me know you called
its no better than your number showing up on my phone
my personal opinion
but i get what youre saying...they want NO text & cant leave a message
that does suck!!
I havent set mine up and prb wont...unfortunately, vm is a huge waste of time and money in my book. 75% are hang ups. 10% unintelligeable and 5% unnecessary repeats. Once you get past those, you've lost time, money, patience and sanity. I get phone rage having to listen to the 5 min instructions EVERY TIME I leave or check a message....this is the phone company wasting my life and my money!

Texts are awesome bc you can do so without being a total jerk to who ever you are around (not a client). If you forget what is said, there's the text. You can clear up little issues so very very easily!

Everyone is diff but texts are so much more efficient. Maybe not for everyone tho!
sorry missed your coment on texts, but BP is a gamble...or am I off? it's your dime baby....
Ahemm, this thread really hit close to home. I am guilty of this. Due to my absence, I have not had time to check VM, and sometimes don't have my "hobby phone". I also post on BP and my ads are on auto re-post, so it can be a little misleading. If you called me, and had this experience, please accept my sincere apologies. I will post on ECCIE the days I am available.
Thnx for the constructive criticism.
Dee,
It wasn't you but for the sake of others I accept your reply.. that was very nice of you.
Hve a great evening... Stay warm..
