How to Blur Parts of Photos

Working on a review of my latest adventure.

I have a few photos, snapped by my doubles partners and e-mailed to me, that include the face of one of the ladies. How can I blur, pixellate, or otherwise obscure her face?

I'm working on an old Macbook that I'm ready to trash in weeks if not days; so iPhoto appears limited in capability. I can crop the photo, if it comes down to it; but that would leave out a lot of background that I'd rather keep if possible.

Thanks in advance for any recommendations you can offer.

Download Facetune on your Android or iPhone. Transfer photos from Mac to phone, edit photos with the Blur feature on Facetune, mail to your email, then post them to your review.

Sounds like a lot of effort but once you know what you're doing it's less than a five minute process.
Thank you, Miss Valentina!
Open the said picture then splash a little color across the eyes. Voila!
We have a new, free image blur tool that works in your browser: https://www.hookedin.com/blur

Well, it's actually a pixelation tool, but bear with me.

You just drag a circle over your awesome face and click "Blur Image".
