How do I change my details?

Hi, I am working under a different name and number now. I tried to make a completely new account but I doubt the admin will approve it because it will show the same IP address as this account. I don't want people to think I am trolling and ban me. If possible, I would like to change my username on this account and keep my old reviews. I would like to update my number as well. Help please?
