SHOULD PROSTITUTION BE LEGAL?

Well my opinion is that anytime the government gets involved in anything ( even prostitution ) everyone gets fucked. I challenge anyone to give an example of a government department that runs efficiently or effectively. E PA ask Flint MI.... IRS ask anyone.... the VA dont get me started on them.... the examples go on and on. If the government gets involved it's generally nothing but a goat fuck on steroids! I know there are some government employees on this site and no offense but you know I am right

The military is government and we did ok. The government should just get out of legislating morality in any form. There should be a real separation between Church and State in this country, even Jesus said so “Render under Cesar what is Cesar’s and under god what is gods”

We get fucked by private Corp too. Look at Enron, Morgan Stanley and the list will go on and on. I agree that the gov should be out of legislating morality. I would rather have it legal so that we have more options and less fear.

I feel there is a place for gov in lives but in this area I am against the gov regulation.

I don't think the government should try to legislate morality however I'm sure that if they were to legalize prostitution it would come with mess of regulation. First thing that would happy is that they would put a tax on it. Sooner or later we would have a UTR industry set up by those who hated the government regulations.. LOL...Back to square 1.

Agreed. The legality making it safer or less frightening is a cop out. It's illegal to text and drive but I see it all the time. I choose not to do it. If a client type is afraid instead of cautious he should get out of the game. The goat could care less about morality or who we fuck. The govt.has one agenda self perpetual existence through fear and taxation

Money is involved...so it's not just sex. It's a business transaction. And operation a business without a license to do so is a big no no. Uncle Sam wants his cut and he'll get it one way or another

its not a business transaction when you are calling them donations and gifts...do you get paid or do you get gifts and donations?

I get paid. A donation or gift insists that it's "voluntary" and not required. If you want to fuck for free then go ahead and hope he gives you a gift. If you fuck for money then you fuck for money. You can call it what you like but at the end of the day, he's given you money you wiggle around on top of you for 60 minutes.
