HB 545, which prohibits people under 18 from being prosecuted for prostitution and makes clear that sexually exploiting a child in prostitution should be viewed as human trafficking.
The measure also increases the penalty for people who knowingly rent space used for prostitution.
I wonder if this means that hotels providing rooms for known escorts will be cracking down on them as well. which means this cracks down on all.

I really think it is the laws way of trying to get the Hotel not to rent a room to a Provider.
Because if a girl gets popped and they go after the hotel they are just going to say " She was doing what in there????"
or we had no ideal she was doing that ! and they have no case
it just a scare Tac-tick

I agree, I don't think this will have a big impact.
