What would happen if the government completely shut down the hobby?

I believe it would be a danger to society because there would be a lot of men out there with no way to relieve their sexual frustration. Sex is a natural human instinct.

We would automatically move to Defcon 4
and what would happen if they legalized it.... some of the pharmaceutical companies would go bankrupt. We'd all be happy, stress free etc.
