Monthly charges ?

I haven't been here on eccie in years. I just realized I've been charged a monthly fee from eccie all this time. I've spent an hour trying to find a way to stop this monthly charge/fee. How do I stop it ? I can't even find a way to cancel my account. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
