Yes, I realize its been a long week working out of town, traveling and some sleep deprivation may be involved and I'll probably get in more than one provider's "dog house" by saying this BUT . . .
Just why the hell do we have providers with the attitude that a "not so glowing" review has to be defended?

Just how the hell are providers defending information contained in "The Rest of the Story" and not in the public portions of the review?
Reviews are one hobbyiest's opinion of what occurred during a session and when another hobbyiest is doing research about seeing the said provider, the entire work of reviews, among other items have to be taken into account. Nobody is on their game 100% of the time.
I'll climb down of the soap box now. Maybe I woke up this morning with my shorts in a knot. . . .
