If by "blocking someone" you mean "not receiving private messages (PMs) from them", there isn't a way to do that.
You can add them to your Ignore List so that their forum posts are hidden. You can turn off PMs from everybody, but that's usually not a viable option.
Report threatening or harassing PMs when viewing them using the Report Post button (looks like this:
) and staff will look into it. Unsolicited PMs (spam) are also prohibited by the forum guidelines.
