No access to account

Hi,

I'm having trouble accessing my account for the last one week. For some unknown reason, my password stopped working. I used the forgot password & reset password link to reset it, but even when I copy paste the password I received in email from Eccie, it gave me incorrect password error.

After one week of trying hundreds of times, now I could magically log in. I don't know if I'll be be able to login again to respond to this thread, so please reply on my email if you can.

Please help me fix this issue - it's killing me right now.

I was having same issue only on mobile. Instead of copy and paste I wrote it down typed it in. Problem solved

The system is having some problems in this area that are being actively worked on by the technical staff. It should be resolved soon. There is a thread in the Technical Discussions forum on this as well.
