Learning a ton

Hey guys during this vacation i am learning what it truly means to be a monger lol. 2 questions, first how can i get a premium membership without getting a new bank account or cc so my wife cant see it :/. Second i am from the deadest spot in the nation imo western ky. There are providers but no community to keep everyone out of trouble. What would be the best way to get that ball rolling when u put in ky its all louisville and lexington maybe bg every now and then. Lots of free time and money in western ky if we could get a ball rolling.
